Izhmash CM-2 Cadet
This is a great example of a rifle that doesn’t show up much on Marketplace. The CM-2 Cadet was a pretty popular single shot target rifle about 15 years ago. It still remains pretty sought after when you can find one. I would rate the condition of this rifle as a 9 out of 10 conservatively considering the age. There is one small mark on the barrel and a couple small places on the stock. Other than that it is in great condition. The trigger is adjusted down to between 7-8oz. With the trigger pull being that low, the safety does not work, but it will work if the trigger is adjusted up some. It has a very crisp break and extremely accurate. I have the original peep sights, although I never used them. The barrel is fully free floated and has an adjustable butt plate.
