1986 Smith Wesson Model 586-1 6in Blued .357 Pre-Lock Pre-Mim
For sale or trade is a 1986 Smith & Wesson Model 586-1, chambered in .357 Magnum with a 6-inch barrel and deep factory blued finish. This L-frame revolver was built for durability and accuracy, combining the ruggedness of a duty gun with the refinement of a target shooter. This example is in very nice condition, showing signs of careful use. The finish remains rich and glossy, with only minor handling marks consistent with being fired but well-maintained. It features the original factory checkered target grips, which are in excellent shape with no cracks or major blemishes. Mechanically, the revolver is solid and functions flawlessly. Timing, lockup, and trigger pull are all what you’d expect from Smith & Wesson’s peak production era in the 1980s. This 586-1 does not include the original box or paperwork, but it’s an excellent shooter or collector-grade piece for anyone looking for a classic, no-nonsense .357 Magnum revolver built to last.
