GON’s Youth Big-Buck contest is back! A winning youth will collect a $3,000 shopping spree at Adventure Outdoors in Smyrna and go deer and hog hunting with the fantastic folks at Woods-N-Water outfitters.

I couldn’t imagine walking into Adventure Outdoors and getting to spend $3,000 on whatever I wanted. Guns, bows, camo, tree stands, coolers, boots, binoculars… I guess with $3,000 you could get a little bit of everything. This dream will become a reality for one lucky kid next summer.

In addition to winning the $3,000 gift card, our winning youth will win a dream deer and hog hunt with Woods-N-Water in Johnson County next November. Our partnership with Blaine Burley and Woods-N-Water has yielded several trophy bucks and hogs over the years.

GON’s Youth Big-Buck Contest is a part of the Truck-Buck contest. There is no separate entry process for the youth contest. All kids 15 and younger who are dependants of GON subscribers can enter their bucks through the Truck-Buck contest. We’ll automatically include all youth entries into the Youth Big-Buck Contest.

How To Win A $3,000 Shopping Spree & Dream Hunt

1. Be a dependent of a GON subscriber BEFORE you kill an antlered buck. Get your subscription at www.gon.com or at (800) 438-4663.

2. Then, shoot a Georgia antlered buck this season.

3. Enter the buck using the application on page 72 or enter at www.gon.com.

4. Get the rack scored at one of GON’s post-season scoring events next spring.

5. If you win one of the 17 weekly spots, you’ve earned a spot in the Youth Big-Buck Contest Shoot-Out at the Outdoor Blast at the Gwinnett Center next summer.

6. At the Youth Big-Buck Contest Shoot-Out, be the best shot with a pellet gun and win a $3,000 shopping spree at Adventure Outdoors in Smyrna and a dream deer and hog hunting trip at Woods-N-Water with host Blaine Burley.
