2005 Chevrolet Colorado Crew cab Z71 4X4
I’m the original owner. This was my daily driver, but I recently purchased a new truck. I’ve worked from home, and so I don’t drive that much. I’ve only put about 30,000 miles on the truck in the last five years. The truck has never been been in an accident, the body is in great shape. The clear coat on the hood is coming off. The four-wheel drive works well. I haven’t had any major issues. I usually take it on a 4-to-5-hour trip 3 or times a year with no problems. The truck has approximately 228,000 miles. The interior is in good shape. I’m to list all the issues that I know below.
1. The check engine light just came on about a couple of months ago which means some of the emissions stuff might need replacement.
2. I believe there is a leak in the front windshield caused by the rubber seal but I’m not positive. The driver’s floorboard gets damp after a good rain.
3. The dashboard lights might flicker from time to time.
4. I was told at my last oil change that they believed i had a small oil leak and told me to come back sometime and they could try to pinpoint it.
5. Need tires on the front because they are wearing uneven. I was told it may be because the front shocks need to be replaced.
