Hunt Story
Winston and his friend River got in the stand around 6 a.m. They had been hunting morning and evening for a couple days with no deer sightings so hopes were slightly diminished. Winston had the rifle, and River was prepared to film with his phone. There was no action for the first hour, and then around 7, River saw the buck and alerted Winston. Winston prepared for the shot while River prepared to film. Winston shot and dropped him in his tracks. River caught the whole thing on video. This was Winston’s first racked buck.
