Hunt Story

The morning of November 5th I slept late. I went to an old stand in a powerline which was the closest one to the house. Immediately started seeing deer, an 8-point & 9-point and several does. About 15 minutes passed without seeing deer. As I was texting with my wife I looked up to see this deer walking fast across the powerline, I grunted to stop him at about 160 yards. I shot, he fell in his tracks & I thank God because I've hunted this deer for the past 3 years. Between myself & the neighbors we have several sheds off this deer. I shot the deer at 8:45 after a lot happened in a short time. I'm almost 70 years old & have hunted for 53 years and a nice deer still gets my heart to going. Thanks God for that privilege.
