Hunt Story
After roughly 15 hunts this season in this stand alone, Walker was able to harvest this unique buck. Once the buck showed up on camera, Walker was determined to get this tall 9-pointer and never gave up. The buck came in following an equally impressive buck, but Walker had his mind made up on the tall 9. Walker took aim, the buck got spooked and started to trot away and Walker made a perfect shot quartering away with the buck on the move. This is Walker’s 3rd buck ever and his personal best to date. The buck had two missing brow tines and a broken G6 on his left side, which would have made him a 12-pointer. A hunt he and dad will never forget.
