Hunt Story
After seeing the story of his cousin Kayla Heard featured in GON last week, Tristan decided he was going to hunt hard so he wouldn't be out hunted by his cousin. He decided he wanted to hunt the lower food plot because we only had an hour or so to hunt. After focusing on a couple of does for a while, this buck came up from behind giving him a good broadside shot. His shot hit the mark. The deer ran about 40 yards. This is Tristan's first deer ever. He's hooked. Thanks GON for hooking another young hunter thru your articles. The kids love seeing their pictures in the magazine.
