This buck I named "Washington" showed up about 3-4 weeks ago in a small clover plot and started daylighting 15-30 minutes before dark most evenings up until opening day. I almost had him opening night but he didn't make his way until 5-10 minutes after legal shooting light. I went back down for a 2nd hunt and he came in with another young 10-point. I was able to drop him at 22 yards in the food plot at 7:45. The buck is a full velvet 8 pointer estimated at 135".
