Hunt Story
We’ve been watching this deer on camera for 3 years. We had a close encounter last year, but couldn’t make it happen. He’s been pretty camera-shy this year, so we’ve been spending most of our time chasing a couple other deer. He showed up on camera a couple times in daylight last week, so we decided to move in on him. We were sitting there watching a couple does and a button head feed when he stepped out at 5:45. Steven made a great shot and the .260 dropped him right where he stood. We had a few friends come help celebrate and take some pictures.
