Hunt Story
Been watching this deer by trail camera since August, and he was regularly showing up in daylight hours. When October came with some cooler temps, I set up in an old barn, and I began to hunt this deer pretty hard. With no luck up till opening week of the modern firearm season, I told my wife after we get back from hunting our property in middle Georgia. I was going to hunt Sunday evening at this property. Much to my surprise I was 5 minutes into the hunt when he stepped out and dropped him at 25 yards.
