Hunt Story
On this particular afternoon, my husband helped pick out a good area to set up a makeshift ground blind for me, where we sat together. He actually noticed the deer first, which was headed our way and alerted me to the direction I should keep watching. I kept checking the scope on the .270 trying to find the buck and a clear shot. As he got closer and made the final step out from behind a big pine, I took the shot to take down my first buck!
