Hunt Story
I am new to hunting and this is my first year in a stand. I love being in the woods waiting to see what comes out. On November 25th I saw two doe in the food plot in front of our stand and then I heard something to the right. Two more doe came out from the swamp and behind them a giant buck came running. They all 3 turned right down a trail, then stopped in some thin brush. I asked my dad if I could shoot it and he said yes, so I did. He ran 15 yards and dropped. I was really excited and couldn't stop shaking. We waited 20 minutes in the stand before getting down. It took about 2 minutes to find him. I went and grabbed his rack, it was a 15-pointer! This was my first deer and everyone says it will be hard to top.
