I had not seen anything until this buck stepped out. He was walking across the food plot with a purpose. He stopped about halfway across the food plot and presented me with a 200-yard broadside shot. I shot and he ran off into the planted pines out of my site. I recovered him about 75 yards from where he was standing when I shot.
