Hunt Story
I texted my fiancé at 7:45 and told him I was ready when he was. I was tired and cold and not to mention exhausted from hunting since the last few hunts I haven’t seen anything. He replied back "9:30." So I continued to wait for 9:30 to roll around. So I grabbed my phone and was looking at fb and Pinterest as I kept looking up every few seconds. It was 8:42 and I looked up and saw a buck and the whole entire time I was thinking it was the broken 6-point that we have been seeing regularly, and then he raised his head and saw that he was a shooter. I got in position and waited on him to turn broadside so I could take the shot. Then I took the shot and he dropped. I texted my fiancé and said I got him. He came to me and we saw it was an 8-point but he was a new buck. Never had him on our cameras. So glad I waited cause u just never know what will appear.
