Hunt Story
After conceding to going home empty handed, I starting collecting our stuff in the shooting house and was about to climb down when I looked down the shooting lane one last time. The buck ran out and came to a stop, I’m assuming he saw my son who was standing up at this point. I was able to slip the rifle over the edge of the shooting house and deliver a fatal shot. First one I’ve shot with the .300 blackout I built. The buck ran about 10 yards and fell dead.
