Hunt Story
I was hunting the edge of the river and thick planted pines. After watching six does, the wind shifted and I decided it was best to get down. I decided to move a climber close to a water hole so it could be hunted during Thanksgiving. As I was walking to move the climber, I spotted two does walking at a fast pace along the creek. I caught movement to my right and the "big 9" was keeping his eye on the prize. I knelt down and prepared for a 60-yard broadside shot. He entered a clear path and I was able to squeeze the trigger and harvest this trophy. The last trail-cam pic we have of him was on Oct 24th. Unfortunately he has broken his left main beam but still a great trophy.
