Hunt Story
It was a frosty, cloudless morn, and Reece was hunting on a powerline from his stand. Having seen a three does, the buck popped out from the privet to his left and came 30 yards from the stand. The deer made it to a grass field before a shot opportunity arose. The deer was walking steadily and failed to stop after Reece yelled at him. It finally stopped and started making a scrape. A 60-yard shot from the .280 dropped the dark-horned buck in his tracks!
