Hunt Story
I had two does come in my area and were hanging around for 15 to 20 minutes or so. Then the buck came in, and it was clear he was only going to pass through the area. He was walking fast, and when he was passing broadside to me I gave him a grunt, and he hit the breaks. I put a great heart shot on him! He spun around and did a small circle of about 10 yards so and then he crashed hard and expired! I know I had a great clean shot and was so happy he went down fast!! It's the first time I killed a deer on a holiday, and it's an awesome way to start the new year for a hunter!! Thanks GON!! It's nice to have a chance at winning a truck, too!!!!!
