Was hunting for approximately two hours in an elevated ladder stand on the edge of a food plot, have been observing several deer, including smaller bucks the entire time. At 7:45 off to my left down wind, I observed a doe enter the food plot and walked toward the feeder. Less than a minute later I heard another deer from the same location, and looked over my left shoulder and saw that it was one of the deer I had my sights set on. He followed the same path as the doe and I had to manually grunt twice, to get him to stop and made a 24 yard quartering away perfect hit. I let the deer go and called a friend and we tracked it and found it approximately 150 yards away.
