We got in the stand at about 4:00 p.m. At about 4:35 p.m. we saw a doe just in the edge of the tree line in some brush. A small buck pushed her out into a small pasture with this buck following behind. Once this buck came into the clear, my son Payton shot him at about 75 yards, dropping him where he stood.
