Hunt Story
In the tree by 5 a.m., notice him creeping off in distance. Relocated stand and met wife for breakfast. Back in tree by 11 a.m. I got pegged by deer in a low tree because of knot in tree. Immediately relocated to a tree I could elevate to my normal 40 foot height. I let a good estrous bomb rip within 2 minutes he came strutting. He looked up again and only gave me a quartering away shot. I took it, he only went 15 yards and dropped. A hunt I'll never forget. I had lost the keys to my truck and decided to take my Honda car not expecting this to happen. I was at peace being in the morning woods up a tree.
