Hunt Story
We'd pretty much just got settled in maybe 15 minutes prior. It was now about 7 a.m. This deer passed my dad's stand about 5-10 minutes before I saw it. I thought it was a doe. I tried to grunt so that it would stop moving, but it didn't seem to hear me. I took my shot at about 30 yards and double lunged it. It ran back the way it came. My dad said he heard it crash about halfway between his and my stand.
