Hunt Story
We got in our ground blind on the gas line at daylight. It was a slow morning—we didn't see anything until almost 10 when we heard a lot of grunting and crashing coming through the woods, and then a doe fawn busted out on to the gas line being chased by four yearling bucks. After about 30 minutes we did some more grunting and calling, and then almost instantly my buck came out following the same trail that the other deer had taken. Before he had completely crossed the gas line he stopped and looked right at me, and then I shot! He ran about 40 yards, and we heard him crash in the woods.
