Hunt Story
Thanksgiving morning I headed up the mountain in northwest Georgia where I grew up and got settled in just at day break! At around 9 am I looked on an oak bench below me and saw the buck walking with his nose to the ground!! I shot him at approx. 50 yards, he fell right there! I had scouted the area the week before and found several big rubs in the area so decided to hunt it!! Also I had hunted this area many times and most of the time was able to take a good buck around thanksgiving day!! Great morning to remember!!
