Hunt Story

I got settled in my stand around 4:10 pm. Approximately 5 minutes later I began rattling for about 30 seconds, then grunted twice, and then waited. Approximately 15 minutes later I spotted him coming toward me about 50 yards out looking for the source of the rattling. When he went behind a tree, I stood and got my bow ready. He came right towards my tree and was standing inside 10 yards from my tree but I had no shot. He then turned and walked straight in front of me offering me a 20 yard shot which I took. I had a complete pass through and after retrieving my arrow I waited 30 mins before looking for him. He expired around 80 to 100 yards from where I shot him.
