Hunt Story
I started my hunt off by hearing grunting before daylight. Shortly after daylight I saw movement north of me out of bow range, which was a solid buck. Then around 08:20 I had a doe feeding into slough and then the action begin. The doe was being chased by the same buck I shot and continued off and on for 2 hours before he presented me a 22-yard shot. The rest is history. After the shot the deer only ran 60 yards before expiring. I saw him go down, no track job required.
