Hunt Story
I’ve had this buck on camera for several weeks now. I’ve only had one daytime picture of him and it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. I’ve been hunting this stand hard and decided I would move my camera and put some corn out further down their trail closer to a bedding area. I hunted this morning and actually bumped him going to the stand. Went back this evening, I got to the stand late, at 5:05 pm and settled in, at 5:23 pm he was walking out of the bedding straight to his corn. I shot him with my 270 and used a box of Winchester silver tip bullets that my late best friend purchased for me a few years ago. The buck dropped in his tracks.
