Hunt Story
I was hunting between a thick bedding area and a cut corn field. Three 1.5-year-old bucks were feeding at 20 yards when this deer walked out of the bedding area. He watched the three young bucks feed for a while and finally presented me with a 20-yard shot. I have known about this deer since 2018. He has never shed his velvet, and has grown more non-typical points with each year. I'm thankful for the opportunity at such a unique deer.
