Hunt Story
Madalen was hunting in a box stand we built overlooking a small food plot we planted in old clearcut that has turned into planted pines that are about 20 feet tall now. The buck first came in chasing a doe but she was unable to get a shot off due to the speed they were going. A short while later the buck and doe returned and Madalen was ready and waiting, the buck slowed down and gave her a 20-yard quartering away shot and she placed her shot perfectly. The deer only ran 40-50 yards. Weapon used was a .350 Legend, Bullet 150 grain Winchester
