I have been practicing a lot with my bow lately so my Dad would let me hunt with it and try to get my first compound bow deer. We’ve had some close calls over the past couple weeks but haven’t taken a shot yet. Yesterday that changed. This buck came into 17 yards and gave me a quartering away shot. My shot was perfect and he went about 100 yards and piled up!
