Hunt Story
Kylie passed this buck last year multiple times. He had a nice 4-point side on the right but just had a big club on the left. She decided he wasn’t mature enough and wanted to wait to see what he might become this year. We’ve had pics of him all summer but would seldom show in the daylight. The day before she killed him he showed up right before dark, so we decided to slip in on Friday afternoon since the wind was going to be right. We had already seen 8 other deer when him and 3 other bucks entered the plot. She made a good 27-yard shot. We gave him some time while we waited on her Grandpa to come help with the track. A short track later Kylie had her buck! Live weight was 215 pounds.
