Hunt Story
Took my 4-year-old because he loves to go even though he is not shooting yet. We were in a box stand where I expected to see a couple does. I was shocked when this big buck stepped out. After pointing the deer out to my son so he could enjoy the experience as well, I rushed the shot and missed. The buck ran to the edge of the clearcut and stopped. I was able to settle down and drilled him on the second shot. Ran 30 yards and piled over.
