Hunt Story

I was hunting with my dad right beside the Flint River over a field with a food plot. This buck came out of the woods on the far side of the field 150 yards away and stood still a long while. I rattled and he looked my way but didn't come. He walked along the far side of the field and I grunted at him, he stopped, looked my way, then turned and walked the other way along the edge of field and was about to go into woods and I grunted again. He stopped and looked my way again, then I grunted really loud and aggressive and he began walking toward me. He got 50 yards away and he could see in the food plot I was on and stopped, looked, and saw no deer. After about 2 minutes he turned and was walking away. I grunted again and he stopped and I shot him. He ran 30 yards and fell in front of me. His hide was soaking wet and we suppose he had just swam the river.
