Hunt Story
Stepping out the truck on Monday Sept. 12, 2016, I looked at my brother and said I think it was going to be a good evening, little did we know how good. We were in the stand 30 minutes, and we were wrapped up with deer with five bucks on the field with a couple does. I knew it was only a matter of time before I saw one of our target bucks. At 7 o'clock, he stepped out and made his way toward us. With the other bucks acting as decoys, he come right to us. The buck presented me with a 20-yard shot, and the Obsession Bow and Ram Cat broadhead did its job. The deer ran 70 yards and died. The 5-year-old 10-point was the deer I was going after. I said a little prayer and thanked God for giving me the opportunity to kill a deer like that. Truly blessed.
