Hunt Story
He had shown up for the first time on my trail camera the evening before, and again the following morning, the same day of my upcoming hunt date. I went in that evening around 4 PM. About 10 minutes before dark he came in. He performed several deep grunts, and all the other deer present scattered. Tarsal glands were very stained, and I could actually smell him from my blind. I waited until he was broadside and made a heart shot at 20 yards. He went 50 yards before going down. Aged him at 5.5+ years.
