I had been after this buck all season and was getting a little frustrated as he was always a couple steps ahead of me. By using trail cameras I was able to figure out his basic bedding ground which happened to be near a food plot. I set up in the food plot and began grunting loud and aggressively. Twenty minutes later he grunted back loud enough to almost knock me out of my stand. I looked over and positively identified him as he was angling downwind and with one shot my quest was over.
