Hunt Story
At 5 pm I had two does come into plot. They stayed until a spike ran them off around 5:30 pm. He stayed in plot until 6:05 pm. At 6:10 pm I caught movement in the thick brush and could see the 8-point's rack but did not have a clear shot. He finally came out into the plot at 6:15 pm and gave me a broadside shot at 50 yards. Five min after I shot, a 6-point came out from the same trail and then a different spike came out and they were sparring. They would eat some and then spar. They did this until dark, and then I got down to find my buck. He only went 50 yards. It was a perfect shot.
