Hunt Story
My dad and I got into the stand around 4:30 Friday evening. We sat in the stand for a little while and started thinking that we wouldn't see anything. My dad started blowing the grunt call and bleated a few times to see if we could get any deer to come out. A couple of minutes passed, and five does come out behind us. Then the buck I shot came out from the other side of the field to check out the does. He came into shooting range, and I was shaking so much that I missed him the first time. He ran a little farther and stopped, and then I smoked him!
