Hunt Story
I packed my Lone Wolf climber into a creek bottom the morning of the hunt. I sat up next to small river in between it and a clearcut. The deer would be forced to come by me or cross open ground. At 8:20 I heard a limb break and saw the buck slowly walking down the trail. I was able to get my bow to full draw before he made my shooting lane. As he entered my open lane, he paused and gave me a perfect 22-yard broadside shot. After the shot, the buck only went 20 yards before going down. He is by far my biggest bow buck to date.
