Hunt Story
Between 8 and 8:15, I heard something running around in front of me. I could not see what it was at first. Then I could see a doe walking around. She walked out of the woods and started browsing around. She kept looking back into the woods. I figured there might be a buck, but I wasn't sure. Then I could see a deer walking up, but I couldn't tell what it was. He finally stepped out and grunted at the doe. She turned and went to the right. The buck came out and stepped to the left — I don't know why he stepped left. I grunted and he stopped broadside. I shot, and he ran off the same way he came out. I gave him a little bit of time before I got down to go and recover him.
