Hunting with my dad around a small food plot on a creek. Deer showed up right at dark checking a scrape. Cleaned the scrape out and rubbed a small pine tree. Buck eventually stepped out into food plot. Shot him at about 50 yards with my .243 bolt. Buck ran only about 30 yards and piled up.
