Hunt Story
It was Halloween night, and I was hunting in a ground blind in a food plot of iron clay peas. At 7 pm a buck came out with two does. I made a 150-yard free hand shot. This was very difficult because I had had surgery on my finger three weeks ago. I didn't think I had killed him because he ran off and there was little blood. However, one of my brothers came and tracked him down. He was so heavy my other brother and a friend had to come load him.
