Hunt Story
My dad and I got in the stands a little later than usual this morning. On the way to the property my dad told me that I would shoot one this morning. At around 7:30 I had a spike walk from my dad under my stand, after watching the spike walk out of the area, this deer walked in and was feeding. At 8:05 I watched him walk straight in from in front of me before he turned broadside allowing me to shoot him. He dropped right where he was standing. My dad and I had this deer on camera for the last two years. This deer had disappeared from our cameras when bow season started.
