Hunt Story

Me and my dad got in my box stand called the playhouse stand right at daylight on Monday November 19. It was called that because it actually used to be my playhouse at home. We didn't see anything until about 9:15 a.m. That's when my buck stepped out at the back of the food plot. It was hard to see him at first, but then we realized that it was the heavy 8 that my uncle had a trail-cam picture of. He had a broken brow tine. After we watched him for a few minutes I decided to shoot him. I waited until he got broadside and then I pulled the trigger. He ran about 125 yards, and while we were tracking him we found his matching set of sheds from last year!
