Hunt Story
I hunted a tripod stand on a powerline between two pine bottoms. We have a food plot on the edge of the powerline that the does have been flocking to. I knew with the does there, the bucks would be coming into the area to look for does. Our rut has been a little late this year, and the bucks are just now starting to really push the does. Had seven does in the plot when he came out of the pines checking out the does. A 120-yard shot dropped him in his tracks.
