Hunt Story
After forcing myself to get out of bed on that windy morning, I wasn't expecting to see anything. I did however watch 1 smaller young buck and and 3 does pass through prior to this, would've been 10-pointer due to a broken brow tine stepping out. He came in down wind and gave a perfect broad side shot. I shot him with my .30-.30 passed down through my family. It hasn't harvested another deer since my first deer when I was young. Now at 47, this will be one of my most memorable hunts that I will never forget.
