Hunt Story
This morning I noticed fresh scrapes around a bottom and decided to hunt here this evening. I put up a ladder stand around 3:30 and parked my truck, then headed back to get set for the evening hunt. As soon as I sat down, I saw two deer in the distance. As they moved toward me, I noticed it was a doe that had a buck following her. They followed a ridge right to me. I shot him at 60 yards at 4:15.
