Hunt Story
I got in my stand at around 5:45 and got settled in. I saw two small bucks shortly after I had got in my stand that I let walk. After they passed by, they got in a little fight. I saw two more does heading toward the bean field before my 8-point came up. He was feeding on acorns when he got within shooting range. I got stood up on him and drew my bow. He gave me a broadside shot, so I took it. I made a good shot and he folded at about 30 yards. This was my first deer with a bow.
