Hunt Story
I went to my stand immediately after getting home from school and changing into my hunting clothes. I arrived at the deer stand about 4:15 p.m. This was only my third time hunting without my dad. At 5:20 p.m. I heard squirrels barking to my right, right after that the buck came out about 25 yards and was trotting after a doe. I grunted to him in an attempt to stop him, and he stopped for a second and I shot.
